Submitting an enquiry through our website, landing page, WhatsApp, phone, email, or social media does not automatically create a confirmed booking or service agreement.
After receiving an enquiry, Ayush Events may contact the customer to understand:
- Event requirements
- Event date
- Venue
- Guest count
- Services required
- Budget
- Decoration preferences
- Other relevant details
A quotation or proposal may then be provided based on the information available at that time.
A quotation is not a final booking confirmation unless otherwise stated in writing by Ayush Events.
- Service Booking and Confirmation
A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required booking process has been completed and confirmation has been provided by Ayush Events.
Depending on the nature of the event, confirmation may require:
- Acceptance of the quotation
- Confirmation of event date
- Agreement on services
- Payment of the required advance
- Written confirmation or booking documentation
Availability of a date is not guaranteed until the booking is officially confirmed.
- Pricing and Quotations
Service prices may vary depending on:

- Number of guests

- Decoration requirements
- Equipment requirements
- Vendor availability
- Travel requirements
- Material costs
- Seasonal demand
- Customisation requested by the customer
Unless specifically stated otherwise, a quotation is based on the requirements known to us at the time it is prepared.
If the customer changes the scope of work or adds additional services after quotation, the final price may change accordingly.
- Advance Payment and Balance Payment
Where an advance payment is required, the booking may not be considered confirmed until the required advance has been received and acknowledged by Ayush Events.
The remaining balance, if any, must be paid according to the payment schedule communicated to the customer.
Failure to make payments within the agreed timeframe may affect the availability of services, equipment, vendors, or the event date.
Any payment terms applicable to a particular booking will be communicated separately in the quotation, invoice, booking confirmation, or service agreement.
- Changes to Event Requirements
Customers may request changes to their event requirements.
Changes may include:
- Additional decoration
- Change of decoration theme
- Additional equipment
- Change of venue
- Change of event date
- Additional guests
- Additional services
- Changes to photography or videography requirements
Any changes may result in additional charges or changes to the quotation.
Certain changes may not be possible if they are requested too close to the event date or if required resources are unavailable.
- Event Date Changes
If a customer requests a change to the confirmed event date, Ayush Events will try to accommodate the request subject to availability.
A date change is not automatically guaranteed.
Additional costs may apply if the change results in:
- Vendor cancellation charges
- Equipment booking changes
- Transportation costs
- Material costs
- Loss of availability
- Additional staffing requirements
Any applicable charges will be communicated to the customer.
- Cancellation by the Customer
If a customer wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, they must contact Ayush Events as soon as possible.
Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on:
- The timing of cancellation
- Amount already paid
- Services already arranged
- Vendor commitments
- Materials purchased
- Equipment booked
- Labour or staffing arrangements
- Third-party cancellation charges
- Terms agreed in the individual booking/quotation
Where a separate Cancellation & Refund Policy or written booking agreement applies, that document will govern the relevant cancellation and refund terms.
- Cancellation or Changes by Ayush Events
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the agreed services.
However, in exceptional circumstances, Ayush Events may need to modify, postpone, replace, or cancel certain arrangements due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Government restrictions
- Public emergencies
- Fire
- Accident
- Venue closure
- Transportation disruption
- Vendor failure
- Equipment failure
- Labour disruption
- Security concerns

Where reasonably possible, we will inform the customer and attempt to provide an appropriate alternative arrangement.
- Third-Party Vendors and Service Providers
Depending on the event, Ayush Events may work with or coordinate third-party vendors and service providers, including:

- Photographers
- Videographers
- DJs
- Sound providers
- Caterers
- Florists
- Equipment suppliers
- Venue-related service providers
- Transportation providers
- Other event professionals
Where third-party vendors are involved, their availability and performance may be subject to their own terms and operational limitations.
We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate services, but certain circumstances outside our control may require substitution or modification.
- Photography and Videography
Where photography or videography services are included in an event package, the scope of the service will depend on the agreed quotation or booking.
The final number of photographs, videos, editing style, delivery method, delivery time, camera equipment, crew size, and other specifications may vary according to the agreed service package.
Creative output may naturally vary due to:
- Lighting
- Venue conditions
- Weather
- Guest movement
- Event schedule
- Camera access
- Client preferences
- Other practical circumstances
- Decoration and Event Setup
Decoration and event setup depend on the venue, available space, measurements, lighting, electrical facilities, permissions, materials, weather, and other practical conditions.
Reference images or sample designs shown to customers are intended to communicate the overall concept or style.
Exact materials, flowers, colours, props, structures, furniture, or decorative elements may be substituted with comparable alternatives where necessary due to availability or practical considerations.
Any significant change will be communicated to the customer where reasonably possible.
- Venue Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the event venue.
The customer should inform Ayush Events about any relevant:
- Venue restrictions
- Decoration restrictions
- Timing restrictions
- Noise restrictions
- Electrical limitations
- Fire-safety requirements
- Parking limitations
- Access restrictions
- Permission requirements
Where a venue requires separate permission for decoration, sound, photography, installation, or other activities, the responsibility for obtaining such permission will be agreed between Ayush Events and the customer.
- Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate information
- Provide timely instructions
- Make payments according to agreed terms
- Provide necessary venue access
- Obtain required permissions where applicable
- Inform us of relevant restrictions
- Cooperate with event planning and coordination
- Avoid providing false or misleading information
Any delay or loss caused by inaccurate information or failure to provide necessary information may affect the service.
- Website Images and Portfolio
The photographs and videos displayed on our website may represent previous events or projects completed by Ayush Events or associated service providers.

Ayush Events may promote its services through:

- Other advertising platforms
Promotional offers may have separate terms, eligibility requirements, validity periods, availability restrictions, or other conditions.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, an advertisement or promotional message does not constitute a guaranteed booking.
